AAA Nevada insurance customers who suffered damage to their homes or vehicles from the Angora fire may begin filing claims.
"Our hearts go out to all of the homeowners who've suffered losses from the fire," AAA Nevada spokesman Michael Geeser said Monday. "Clearly the first order of business is to protect yourself and your family. The next order of business is to call your insurance company."
AAA Nevada has a toll free number at 1-800-922-8228.
For members unable to return to their homes, claims assistance is available at the AAA office in South Lake Tahoe at 1012 Al Tahoe Blvd.
