The Douglas County Public Library in Minden is presenting a book signing and author talk with local author Frank Rocha on Saturday from 3-5 p.m. His books "The Scope of Death" and "The Scope of Death II: the Secret of Pine Summit" will be available for purchase and signing. His third novel, "Life Beyond the Courtyard," has just been published. These are fast-moving novels with many twists and turns to hold the reader's interest. Light refreshments will be served.
