Douglas County deputies are searching for a man who ran from his vehicle after a pursuit at Lake Tahoe just after midnight today.
Deputies pursued two cars into the entryway of a gated community. One of the vehicles tried to escape and struck a tree. The injured driver and his female passenger were taken into custody. The second driver, also with a female passenger, ran from the vehicle.
An intruder alarm at a home led deputies to begin a manhunt near Lakefront Drive.
