Bristol, Shroff wed in August

Bodie Nicole Bristol and Neil Ryan Shroff were wed on Aug.18, 2007, in a traditional Hindu ceremony that took place in Atherton, Calif.

The bride is the daughter of Peggy and Robert Bristol from Gardnerville. She attended the American University of Paris for two years before graduating from the University of Virginia in 2005 with a degree in economics and industrial organization. She is finishing her last year of law school at U.C. Hastings in San Francisco where she is a member of the Hastings Law Journal and hopes to practice law in the area of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

The groom is the son of Rita and Gerry Shroff from Los Altos Hills, Calif. He attended U.C. San Diego where he graduated in 1998 with a degree in bioengineering and served as the president of Pi Kappa Phi. He is the vice president of Durabrake Co.

The newly married couple will honeymoon in Kenya, Africa, before traveling to Mumbai, India, for a second reception with their families and friends. They will live with their yellow lab, Kayla, in the Bay Area where they recently purchased their first home together.
