A different view of aspens featured

Meet the artist featured in the Aspens - A Different View exhibit at an artist reception, 4-6 p.m. Oct. 6 at Artisans International Gallery.

Artists include oil painters Nancy Clarke, Deborah Foster, and Nanette Oleson; watercolor artists Anne Armijo, Karen Chandler, Dolores Manning and Janice Powell; mixed media artists Anna Louisa Darden and K. Oliver Rugg; photographer Bonnie Rannald and glass artists Kas Monson and Jarill Ristine.

Other artists in the exhibit include watercolor artist Peter Chope, photographer Eric and Beata Jarvis, mixed media artist Ulla Warner and oil painter Sonnie Imes.

The reception will have wine and light refreshments on hand from Bella Vita. The exhibit runs through Nov. 3.

Artisans International Gallery is at 1653 Lucerne St., Suite B in Minden Village. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Information, 783-8881.
