The Carson Valley Children's Center, also known as Austin's House, hosts the Cowboyup 4 Kids fundraiser, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 7 in the CVIC Hall, 1602 Esmeralda Ave., Minden.
Enjoy a great afternoon of food, fun and live music with your entire family.
Cowboyup 4 Kids features food, music and a live auction of five new guitars autographed by Rascal Flatts, Fergie, Martina McBride, Toby Keith and Sammy Hagar. Other live auction items include a Saturn vehicle, two dining room sets and a half ton of hay.
A hamburger lunch is included in ticket price for Cowboyup 4 Kids. Additional food, beer, wine and refreshments will be available for purchase. Dancing music provided by local band Roaddaddy, there will be free craft activities for children and roping demonstrations.
Tickets are $10 each, children 12 and younger are free. All money raised at Cowboyup 4 Kids will be used to operate Austin's House, the non-profit Carson Valley Children's Center in north Douglas County.
