Members of Soroptimist International of Carson Valley will join 400 Soroptimists from 59 regional clubs at the Sierra Nevada Region of Soroptimist International of the Americas, Inc. on April 25-27 at the Atlantis Hotel/Casino in Reno.
President Rosann Turigliatto, President-Elect Alicia Main, club delegate Somer Lyons, and corresponding secretary Gloria Gero will be attending this year's conference.
The conference will highlight the year's community service by local Soroptimist clubs, and feature programs and projects from Soroptimist International of the Americas and Soroptimist International.
Awards will be presented to local clubs for outstanding work in service and membership. A variety of recognition awards and scholarships for student and adults will be presented at the conference from nominations made by local Soroptimist clubs.
