Artisans International Gallery will celebrate their two-year anniversary in Minden Village 3-5 p.m. Saturday with a wine and hors d'oeuvres reception. The gallery offers art and jewelry from more than 40 countries.
"I keep adding artists and countries as I find them in my travels," said Artisans International owner Bronwyn Mason.
Recently added are functional ceramics from France along with gourds, fiber bowls, acoma-inspired pottery, graphite writing objects from California artists and semi-precious jewelry from a Russian artist.
The gallery has also added the work of watercolor artist Nicole Muller, who spends part of the year in Nevada and the in her home in Aix-en-Provence, France.
The "What Is It?" exhibit runs through April 19. An exhibit on the theme of the elements begins May 6 at Artisans International Gallery.
The gallery is at 1653 Lucerne St., Suite B in Minden Village. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
