Parks & Recreation celebrates Scrapbook Day May 10

Douglas County Parks & Recreation Department's National Scrapbook Day class taught by Jackie Gorton is 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. May 10 at Gardnerville Elementary School.

Bring photos, supplies and a scrapbook-style photo album. Snacks, tools, idea books and one-on-one coaching provided.

Cost is $20 and preregistration is required at the Douglas County Parks & Recreation Department, 1327 Waterloo Lane in Gardnerville. Information, 782-9828.
