Jordan and Bushey wed in November

Katherine "Katie" Marcea Jordan and Jeffrey Howard Bushey were married Nov. 15, 2008, at St. Gall Catholic Church.

The bride is the daughter of Molly and Adam Jordan of Gardnerville and is a 2004 graduate of Douglas High School. She received an associate of arts degree from Western Nevada College in 2006 and is continuing her education for a bachelor's degree in business. She works at the Carson Valley Inn in Minden.

The groom is the son of Gail Bushey and the late Ron Bushey of Minden. He graduated from Douglas High School in 2004 and is a student of computer networking at Western Nevada College. Bushey works in logistics at Old Navy in Carson City.

The bride was given away by her father and was attended by her sisters, Mary Anne and Lizzy Jordan as maids of honor, and by her friends Taylor Clark, Holly Stanly and Kelly Anderson as bridesmaids. Flower girls were Emma Puckett and Sasha Stanly. Ring bearer was the bride and groom's son Max Jordan.

The groom's best man was Chris Woody. Other attendants were the groom's brothers David and Scott Bushey, Brian King and Michael King.

The wedding included a reception and dinner dance for 138 at the Carson Valley Inn. After a wedding trip to San Francisco, the couple make their home in Gardnerville.
