Christmas program

Christ Presbyterian Church is hosting "A Christmas Around the World" 9:30 a.m. today.

Presented by the adult choir and narrators at the church, 1436 Industrial Way in Gardnerville.


Church service

Dayspring Christian Assembly celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ with a choir and children's program, 10 a.m. today, at the church, 974 Tillman Lane in the Gardnerville Ranchos. Refreshments served. Information, 265-3544.


Christmas concerts

Gardnerville Elementary School presents two Christmas programs, 6-8 p.m. Dec. 16 and 2-3 p.m. Dec. 18, at the school, 1290 Toler Lane, Gardnerville. Information, 782-5117.


Alternative

Christmas

The public is invited to share an "alternative" Christmas 7 p.m. Dec. 19 at Carson Valley United Methodist Church, 1375 Centerville Lane, Gardnerville.

Christmas service

Christ Presbyterian Church, 1436 Industrail Way, Gardnerville, hosts Christmas Eve Candlelight Service, 7 p.m. Dec. 24. Children will present the play, "Happy Birthday, Jesus." There will be a message by Pastor Bill Baltz and Chrismas carol singing. Information, 782-3781,


Christmas dinner

St. Gall Catholic Church's 10th annual Noel Christmas dinner for those without family is 1-4 p.m. Dec. 25 at the church, 1343 Centerville Lane, Gardnerville.

Singles or couples who are without family on Christmas are invited to Christmas dinner. Information, Rita Hill, 783-9908.
