Minden-Douglas Elks Lodge 2670 used proceeds from the Spaghetti Feed and
Christmas Tree Bingo event to make Christmas brighter for 12 Valley seniors recommended by the Douglas County Senior Center. They made gifts of groceries, personal items, cash and lap quilts made by the Carson Valley Quilt Guild. The Dec. 19 event was organized by Bob and Donna Allgeier.
