A Johnson Lane resident is being held in lieu of $100,000 after a 17-year-old girl's mother found a handwritten contract that required the girl to create nude videos in exchange for use of a car.
Troy Marvin Creeks, 42, is being held in Douglas County jail on a charge of unlawful use of a minor in a sexual performance.
The contract set forth a list of things that the girl had to do in exchange for use of a vehicle.
When questioned Creeks told investigators where to find the video.
According to court documents, Creeks is facing a similar case in Placer County, Calif.
He is scheduled to appear today in East Fork Justice Court.
