The Little Miss Douglas County pageant is for girls up to 17 years old to demonstrate talent and win prizes.
The competition consists of interviews and talent for ages 6 and older and modeling party dresses for all contestants. The winners receive banners and crowns and will ride on the Little Miss Douglas County float in the Carson Valley Days Parade.
The pageant is 10 a.m. Saturday at the Dance Workshop, 1697 County Road, Minden. Information, 782-8717.
