Sentencing is set for March 25 for a 21-year-old Minden resident who admitted exposing himself three times to cheerleaders and other juveniles on campus at Douglas High School.

"I ran naked in front of a group of cheerleaders at Douglas High School," Michael Robert King said Tuesday.

He is charged with one gross misdemeanor and will have to register as a sex offender under terms of his plea agreement.

According to the complaint, King ran naked in front of the cheerleaders, stood naked behind a female juvenile and followed two female juveniles while he was naked or only wearing underwear.

The incidents allegedly occurred last June and July.

He faces up to one year in Douglas County Jail and a $2,000 fine, but is eligible for probation if he is determined not to be a community risk.

His lawyer, Tod Young, said King was employed and living with his parents.

Young said his client had completed a psychosexual evaluation and he wanted the doctor to testify at the sentencing.

Gamble ordered King to stay off high school grounds.
