The second non-injury accident at the Cave Rock tunnels in three hours has blocked at least one of the tunnels.
The accident occurred at 7:50 a.m. between two vehicles.
Chains or snow tires are being required on Highway 50 at the Lake and the tunnels have gathered a bit of ice.
