"Thanks to the excellent cooperative work of the Tri-Net Narcotic Task Force and its member agencies, a large amount of dangerous drugs are now off our streets and several major drug dealers are in custody facing long prison sentences," said District Attorney Neil Rombardo.
Rombardo's office worked with the task force to draft the search and arrest warrants. "This is exactly the kind of enforcement we need to send the message that if you're dealing drugs in Carson City, you're going to get caught, and you're going to prison."
The Tri-NET Narcotic Task Force is comprised of detectives from the Department of Public Safety, the Drug Enforcement Administration, Nevada National Guard and deputies from Lyon County, Douglas County and the Carson City Sheriff's offices.
