Jean and Tom Hulbert of Gardnerville announce the engagement of their daughter Amber Dawn to Peter Tang of Phoenix.
Hulbert is a 1999 graduate of Douglas High School and majored in electronic media at Northern Arizona University. She is employed at ClearChannel in Phoenix.
Tang is the son of Kin and Leung Tang of Minnesota and is the owner of Tang's Asian Bistro in Phoenix.
The couple plans to be married in spring 2009 in Arizona.
