Minden's CVIC Hall was the picture of what appeared to be a trend across the Valley Saturday morning, as Republican voters packed the building for Saturday's caucuses.
An estimated 400 participants showed up. The turnout was so high that administrators of the meeting were running out of ballots.
The birthplace of Nevada politics also saw a full house.
Genoa's volunteer fire station was packed before 9 a.m. and caucus participants were still being let in the front door.
Turnout for the Republican meetings appeared to be high throughout the Valley.
The Democrats open their doors at 11 a.m.
