Sierra Lutheran High School and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans present "A Bridge to the Stars," fundraising event, 5:30 p.m. Feb. 23 at St. Gall Pastoral Center.
The complete dinner, including dessert, features chicken Marsala or sirloin steak and will be catered by Barone & Reed Food Co. The dinner and silent and live auctions benefit the high school assistance fund.
The Douglas-Alpine and Carson City chapters of Thrivent Financial For Lutherans will supplement the Sierra Lutheran High School auction by matching 50 cents on the dollar up to a total of $3,200 from the Care Abounds in Communities funds.
