Rescue personnel are at the scene of a head-on collision between a motorcyclist and a full-sized passenger car at Highway 208 and Topaz Ranch Drive in Topaz Ranch Estates.
Care Flight ambulance helicopter is en route to the scene to pick up the injured motorcyclist.
The Nevada Highway Patrol received a report of the accident at 5:27 p.m. The road remains open by the highway patrol is advising to proceed with caution.
