The Nevada National Guard is working out how it will get an Army Guard UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter disabled when a blade hit a tree off the top of the Carson Range.
The Black Hawk helicopter made a hard landing on Thursday above Hobart Reservoir at 7,700 people. Four soldiers were onboard, but no one was injured.
If the aircraft can't be flown off the mountain, then a Chinook may be brought in to airlift it to the Army Air National Guard facility in Reno.
