Douglas County sheriff's deputies continued sifting through clues Tuesday for the suspect in a daring daylight robbery June 13 at the El Dorado Savings Bank in Gardnerville.
The suspect is described as a white man in his mid 40s, approximately 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 170 pounds with brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a western-style checkered shirt, blue jeans, a dark colored baseball cap with military purple heart insignia and dark glasses.
The robbery occurred at about 10:50 a.m. when the man carrying a briefcase entered the bank at 1517 U.S. Highway 395.

The man was last seen on foot northbound from the bank. Deputies arrived at the bank minutes after the robbery was reported and searched back yards and parking lots in Gardnerville.
A Circle Drive resident accidentally discharged a weapon brought out for the emergency. No one was injured.
