Douglas County 4-H would like to congratulate high school senior 4-H members Amber Friesen, Jonathon Glocknitzer and Shannon Martinez as winners of the 2008 Carson Valley Kiwanis 4-H Scholarship. Rebecca England is the recipient of the 2008 Norm W. Sharkey Memorial Scholarship.
