Nutrition Made Simple presentations are 5:30-6:30 p.m. or 7-8 p.m. April 3 at the Carson Valley Museum & Cultural Center.


To be presented in Nutrition Made Simple,making sense of deceiving food labels and what to avoid, how food is the first line of defense in disease prevention, the relationship between whole food nutrition and disease and how to reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and other diseases.
