Computer company expands to Minden

DeBug Computer Inc. of Carson City recently opened a branch in Minden.

"We provide a full range of computer and IT services to home users and small and medium size businesses," said owner Keith Barham. "We also stock a full range of computer supplies."

Barham and his wife, Debbie, have run the computer business for almost nine years.

"My entire family participates in the business," said Barham. "We've been voted best computer service the past four years by the Nevada Appeal."

DeBug, which also has a Reno branch, saw a good opportunity in Carson Valley.

"We saw a real need for retail in Minden and Gardnerville," Barham said. "People won't have to drive to Carson City to buy computers or software."

DeBug Computer is located at 1659 Highway 395, Ste. C and is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The company has planned a grand opening for April 26. Call 782-0303 for more information.

Family, cosmetic practice now

open in Minden

Hillbrick Family & Cosmetic Medicine is now open in Minden, offering a mix of wellness and prevention care and cosmetic treatments.

Dr. Joe Hillbrick sees both children and adults and performs well child and well woman exams, immunizations, as well as diabetes and hypertension treatment.

Veronica Scold is an allergy technician who performs allergy testing and treatment on Tuesdays.

On the cosmetic side of things, aesthetician Kimberly Hunt has recently joined the practice from Cowboys & Angels Day Spa.

"I do skin care of all aspects," said Hunt, who has lived in Carson Valley for 30 years. "Microdermabrasion, facials, customized for every skin type, laser hair removal, Botox and other services."

Country Insurance and financial services agent Sean Marler of Carson Valley has been named a 2008 Master Agent.

Marler is one of 52 out of 2,000 agents in 14 states to be named a master agent. The title is indicative of an agent's commitment and dedication to fulfilling the insurance needs of clients and retaining existing client policies.

Marler, an investment solutions agent, began his career with Country in 2002.
