East Fork helping in Smith Valley fire

East Fork firefighters from Topaz and Ruhenstroth are helping to battle a 15-acre fire in Smith Valley.

The fire was toned out shortly after 1 p.m. The fire is located near Lower Colony Road along the east slope of the Pine Nut Mountains.
