The Pine Nut Mountains Trails Association and the Douglas High School Alpine Club meet at the north end of Vicky Lane for a cleanup of trails in the Mission Hot Springs area, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
Bring good shoes and gloves. Shovels and garbage bags will be provided. Bringing pickup trucks would be helpful for removing trash. The trails association appreciates donations of food and beverages for cleanup crew.

Sounds of Broadway tickets on sale
Carson Valley Community Theatre presents the "Sounds of Broadway" musical review by Norris Edson, April 3-6 in the Shannon Ballroom at Carson Valley Inn in Minden.
Four performances of "Sounds of Broadway" include three evening performances and a Sunday matinee.
