Library news
The Coleville Library has a lot coming up for all of us. They are having a scholastic book fair May 19 through 23. There will be a summer reading program with registration beginning June 9, with the program starting June 16 and running through Aug. 16. In addition to the six computers they already have online, they will be receiving two more this summer. Check with the library staff for what programs are available for your needs. It is really good news that, as of April 28, the library's hours have been increased.
Monday through Thursday, they are open from 8:45-11:45 a.m. and 3-7 p.m. Friday are morning hours only, and Saturday hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. If you haven't already met them, go by, meet Olga and Helen, and see all the great reading available.
Good luck, Hannah
The elementary school spelling championship (grades 4-6) is May 17 at Sonoma State University in Santa Rosa. Our local representative, who finished second in the Mono County competition, is Hannah Cain. We're rooting for you.
