Adult probation officials attempting to serve an arrest warrant at a house on Kathy Way discovered a man on probation hiding in a child's playhouse in the backyard.
Brandon Rasmussen was taken into custody on Monday.
His preliminary blood-alcohol content was .117, over the legal limit of .08 for driving in Nevada. Officers said he had a bottle of whiskey in his pocket.
Terms of his release forbid use of alcohol or controlled substances.
