Douglas suffered a 15-3 setback against Reno in the final match of the season for the Tigers.
The doubles team of Spike Neri and Garon Athanacio had an impressive day, winning their sets against the Reno No. 2 and No. 3 doubles squads.
Senior Marshall Jessup picked up a 6-4 win against Reno's No. 3 singles player for Douglas' only other point on the day.
Reno's Jeff Mullen, playing in only his second match of the season, swept cleanly through his three sets by identical 6-0 scores. Mullen will have to win an injury appeal to get into the regional individual tournament, but if he does, he'll be the favorite to win the singles title.
