A Johnson Lane area man, on probation for a second conviction of driving under the influence, was ordered to serve six months in jail after he admitted riding a dirt bike naked with a blood-alcohol content more than three times the legal limit for driving.
Tyson Degenhart, 32, admitted drinking in violation of his probation.
Deputies were called to his Sunrise Pass neighborhood on Sept. 14 after a man reported a nude dirt bike rider who exposed himself to the caller's 17-year-old daughter.
When officers arrived, Degenhart led them on a chase that ended in a crash. He was hospitalized for head injuries.
At the time of the accident, Degenhart was clad only in a pair of black shorts.
Prosecutor Eric Levin said Degenhart may be charged with a third DUI.
"I have done everything I can to get you to quit drinking and it hasn't worked," EnEarl said. "Your conduct ends up endangering yourself and other people."
He revoked a 180-day suspended sentence and ordered Degenhart to remain in Douglas County Jail.
"I don't think you're going to see you're 40th birthday," EnEarl said. "You're going to be dead."
