A man whose naked drug-fueled struggle with deputies was ordered to appear in court by Nov. 10.

Brian W. Langdon, 23, hasn't been heard from since he completed 30 days of a one-year sentence in spring.

The former Zephyr Cove resident said he'd taken hallucinogenic mushrooms on March 8, 2007.

A neighbor reported that a naked Langdon forced him from his home. Deputies discovered Langdon inside the neighbor's home and struggled to take him into custody.

District Judge Michael Gibbons said the court has not received a report that Langdon had attended either substance abuse or mental health counseling.

Probation officers said they have been trying to contact Langdon for the past five months.

In continuing the case, Gibbons told Langdon's attorney William Routsis to inform his client that if he didn't appear, a bench warrant would be issued for his arrest.

The incident was cited in the Grand Jury report as an instance when deputies were unable to contact dispatch.
