Meneley roars thanks

The Parent Teacher Organization at Meneley Elementary School would like to thank everyone who contributed to our successful 2009 Friendship Dinner. The focus of the event is community building among our families and providing an appreciation of the accomplishments of the students within our school and community. Families and community members gathered at our school for a positive, healthy evening of fun. Thank you to the teachers, staff, parents and student Meneley Mountain Lions for volunteering your time, beautiful decorations, and amazing gift baskets. Thank you to Mrs. Owens and the Pau-Wa-Lu steel drum band, Mrs. Lucas and the Jump Rope For Heart Team and Mrs. Michitarian and the bingo volunteers for providing us with fantastic entertainment. Thank you to Harrah's Lake Tahoe and the Voss family for providing and serving the tasty spaghetti. Our success would not be possible without the support of the following businesses that generously donated to our silent auction and raffle. We thoroughly appreciate your kindness and support of the Meneley Parent Teacher Organization, its activities, and ultimately the students and staff who benefit from the efforts of our PTO. Your donation and thoughtfulness is very much appreciated.
