Cookie sale session is over, but don't stress if you missed out or ran out of your favorite. There is still cookies available. Contact me at 267-2774 to get your favorite.

Even though sales were off from last year by 11 percent, I want to say thank you for your support on behalf of the Carson Valley Girl Scouts. It's your support that keeps the Girl Scout program going here in the Valley.

First of all is to everyone who bought all those cookies and to everyone who didn't buy but dropped all those dollars into the donation can. Thank you.

Second is the Carson Valley Art Council who donated the use of their building for us to receive the 2,400 cases of cookies and distribute them to our troops. Thank you.

Third is to Raley's, Walmart, and Scolari's. And to all the businesses around the Valley who let our girls set up stands to sell cookies. Thank you.
