Thanks for the new TV

Especially in today's economy there are companies that get it. Costco is one of those companies. We purchased a big screen TV a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, the TV broke. The Costco concierge service put us in touch with a repair service. He attempted to fix the TV but through no fault of his was sent the wrong parts numerous times, therefore the TV couldn't be repaired. This is where Costco made it right. We were contacted by Janine the membership manager of the Carson City Costco and were told to bring the broken TV back and it would be replaed with a new TV. Thank you Costco. thank you Janine and thank you Josh with the concierge service You have a couple of very satisfied customers.
