Community invited to join faith study

St. Gall Catholic Church would like to invite the community to hear an explanation of the "Why Catholic?" program at all Masses the weekend of Aug. 22-23.

"Why Catholic?" is a faith journey to study the Catholic faith using the catechism of the Catholic Church.

Speakers presenting an explanation of the program are Jim Baushke, Marina Hedwall, Michelle Wagner, and Gary Wittig.

Masses are Saturday, 5 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. (Spanish); Sunday, 8 a.m., 10:30 a.m., and 5 p.m.

The weekend of Aug. 29-30 parishioners and community members may sign up for the program at all Masses.

The "Why Catholic?" program begins Oct. 4-11.

There will be refreshments after all Masses.

"Why Catholic?" is open not only to Catholics but to members of the community who are interested in what Catholics believe.
