EDITOR:
Again thanks to the county commissioners for helping maintain the small town atmosphere in the Valley.
Thanks to the new Walmart, every small nursery, ophthalmologist, sporting goods, hardware, clothing, food, electronic, and frame shop, and probably every other small business will be challenged even more than the economy has already challenged them.
We will lose so much more than we will gain with the addition of a duplicate store in Douglas County. What are you thinking?
