Chris Myers recently joined the staff at Pamper U Nail and Massage Salon.
Myers became a nail technician at the urging of her friend and Pamper U owner Cindy Silva.
Myers has worked as a nail technician for nine years at the Nail Nook in Gardnerville, Cowboys and Angels in Genoa and Liaison in Carson City.
"There is a lot of competition in the Valley, so you have to be good at what you do to get repeat business," Myers said. "I pride myself on cleanliness and providing services with a gentle touch. Nail beauty should not hurt. If it does, find someone new."
Myers is available for manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, sculpted pink and whites and specializes in custom designed glitter nails and nail art.
She is available Tuesday through Saturday by appointment.
Pamper U is located at 1516 Highway 395 in the Haas Center in Gardnerville.
The public is invited to meet staff Dec. 18 for an all-day Christmas open house. There will be refreshments, coupons, discounts and raffle prizes.
