SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - San Francisco linebacker Patrick Willis is headed to his third straight Pro Bowl, becoming the first 49ers player to be selected in each of his first three seasons since Ronnie Lott earned four straight appearances starting in 1981.

Niners tight end Vernon Davis, whose 12 touchdown catches lead the league at his position, also earned a trip to Miami for the Feb. 7 game. It is Davis' first Pro Bowl nod and he is enjoying a career season.

Oakland Raiders cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha earned his third Pro Bowl selection during his 7-year career.

A pair of Bay Area punters also are headed to Miami - Andy Lee of the 49ers and the Raiders' Shane Lechler, the NFL leader with a 51.1-yard average who earned his fifth selection.
