MINDEN, Nev. - The sentencing of admitted drug dealer David Knapp, who faces up to 20 years in prison as a habitual criminal, is scheduled for this morning in Douglas County District Court. Last week, defense attorney Matt Ence said prosecutors were seeking a delay in Knapp's sentencing to ensure his cooperation in testifying against Ranchos pot farmer James Gilbert. Judge Michael Gibbons agreed to the continuance so he could review Knapp's prior convictions.
