GARDNERVILLE, Nev. - A teenager was found dead in Pleasantview Monday evening. All I have is from scanner traffic that was reported to me second hand. If there is something more to report as the day wears on, we'll get it online and into the paper.
Tonight kicks off meeting week with Gardnerville Town Board first up at 4:30 p.m. where it will be all about the budget. Genoans meet at 7 p.m. in the town offices where they will discuss a new festival ordinance proposed by Douglas County. They'll also be dealing with the budget.
That bit of moisture toward the end of the week is still with us, which is the good news. But it'll be sunny and dry until Wednesday night, and the chance for measurable precipitation from the incoming storm isn't stellar.
