Attorneys are negotiating in the case of two men arrested on warrants alleging drug trafficking in a Jan. 27 raid on their Sunridge home.
Kurt Hewlett, 19, and Antonio Wood, 23, appeared in East Fork Justice Court on Wednesday for a hearing.
Attorneys for both men sought Feb. 25 hearing dates.
"There is the possibility of a resolution depending on what happens with the other two defendants," Wood's attorney Matthew Ence said.
Both men are in custody.
A third defendant in the case, Annalyse Klekar, 18, who was released on her own recognizance, asked for a Feb. 27 preliminary hearing in the case. She has to wear an ankle bracelet and is under the supervision of the Department of Alternative Sentencing.
"We've not been able to resolve this matter," attorney Kris Brown said on Klekar's behalf.
Authorities recovered 15.8 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms, 127 suspected Ecstasy tablets, cocaine, drug paraphernalia, prescription pills, a price list, firearms, GPS units and aviation gear at the Haystack Drive residence.
Investigators identified Wood as a suspect in a burglary that occurred Jan. 25 at Minden-Tahoe Airport. A number of AK-47 and SKS assault rifles were stolen along with sporting-type firearms, portable global positioning system units and aviation electronics gear.
Wood is charged with four counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, principal to trafficking in controlled substances, burglary with a deadly weapon, ex-felon in possession of a firearm and theft.
Klekar faces amended charges of conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, trafficking in a controlled substance and principal to trafficking in a controlled substance.
Hewlett is represented by lawyer Derrick Lopez on charges of trafficking in a controlled substance, conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and possession of stolen property. His bail is $25,000 cash.
