The Carson Valley Arts Council presents a Douglas County Community Conversation town hall forum facilitated by Robin Hodgkin and Tom Jones of the Nevada Arts Council, 6-8:30 p.m. Feb. 23, at the Douglas County Public Library, 1625 Library Lane, Minden.

"This is your time to speak out and be heard," said Carson Valley Arts Council secretary Theresa Chipp. "The impact of the arts on our lives is far reaching and the Nevada Arts Council wants every resident of the state to have a voice in shaping the state of the arts in Nevada."
