The Carson Valley Community Theatre holds auditions at 6 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. Saturday for their fall play, "Moon Over Buffalo," a comedy by Ken Ludwig, at the Copeland Cultural Arts Building, 1572 Highway 395 in Minden.

The company has an opening for producer for the play. The position requires strong organizational skills to coordinate cast and crew while supporting the director. Experience is not required, but a familiarity with play production is preferred.

The play centers on an aging couple whose acting careers have been reduced to doing repertory theater in Buffalo, New York.

Some trying and hysterical events occur as they attempt to get their careers back on top. The cast consists of four men, ages 30-60, and four women, 25-80.

Performance dates are Oct. 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18 at the CVIC Hall in Minden.
