Sentencing for a Gardnerville Ranchos couple who admitted burglarizing a Ruhenstroth home is scheduled for this morning in Douglas County District Court. Timothy Charles Morgan, 21, and Vanessa Briesida Gomez, 19, are set to appear in Judge Michael Gibbons. The couple faces a maximum of 10 years in prison each. Morgan is ineligible for probation because he has a prior burglary conviction.
