Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, March 17 through 19, Douglas High School will have late starts due to high school proficiency testing.
All sophomores will be testing. Juniors and seniors who still need to take the exam will be notified when they need to test. Students who are testing can either ride their regular bus route or be at school at the regular start time of 7:40 a.m.
Students who are not testing can get a late start bus schedule from their bus drivers, on the Douglas High Web site (dcsd.k12.nv.us/dhs) or look at the schedules in the entrance to the commons. Classes on the three days will begin shortly after 10 a.m., with no zero period.
