Thanks to Trader Joe's

The Douglas County Senior Center would like to thank Sam and Lucille from Trader Joe's for coming to our Senior Center on March 5. They provided a free cooking demonstration for our seniors during which we were able to sample several of the tasty items for sale at Trader Joe's.

Twenty-one seniors were able to watch as shrimp were sauteed, sparkling juices were poured and cloud cake was served.

We had a great time tasting everything and chatting about the items prepared. Everyone who attended had fun and the food was delicious. Thank you, Trader Joe's.
