The Quilt House in Gardnerville celebrated a decade of being in business on May 2 with a party, prizes and the debut of their 10th anniversary quilt.
The blocks for the quilt were made by customers and assembled by store owner Janet Pierce and store manager Susan VanAlyne.
The quilting of the anniversary quilt was done by Terri Munoz of Gardnerville, who has quilted many of the store's display quilts.
Drawing coupons can be collected at the store throughout the month until a grand drawing on May 30.
Special sales and discounts will also continue throughout the month.
Owners Janet and Gary Pierce said the anniversary celebration was a blast.
They thanked all their friends and customers that participated in the event.
The Quilt House is located at 1328 Highway 395, suite 105. Business hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
