Mary Foraker is offering Iyengar yoga 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. Anna Vandruska is offering prenatal yoga from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursdays.
Foraker is a registered nurse of 20 years with a passion for creating balance with yoga. She is a nurse manager with Carson Valley Medical Center, and a 200-hour registered Yoga Alliance teacher with a background in the Iyengar tradition.
